Upon your arrival you will be greeted by a Peru & U representative at the airport, if you have any questions hanging around please ask them all and you will be taken to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of your day relaxing at your own leisure.



After a nourishing breakfast, you will have a great adventure ahead as at 11 am you can start your biking tour, the meeting point will be close by at Larcomar Mall. Here you will join a small group lead by your well informed guide who will introduce you to the highlights along the way. The first stop will be the Indian Market a great chance to purchase a souvenir for your beloved ones at home. The next site it is the impressive archeological site of Huaca Pucllana that use to be a ceremonial and administrative temple of the Lima culture. As the biking tour follows then the Miraflores Malecon wait for you to enchant with views of the coastline and its fresh breeze, you will pass by the Love Park and the bridge of redoubt as well.
The rest of the day will be yours to explore on your own and make the most in the city of kings.



After breakfast at your hotel, you will be taken to the airport to catch your flight to Cusco. Upon arrival your will be welcome by another friendly Peru & U representative at the airport and then you will be transfer to your Cusco hotel. Take advantage on the rest of the day to acclimatize to the high altitude and uncover the city at your leisure.



Today after breakfast, you will have the morning free. We highly recommend you to take a walk and explore of Cusco cobblestone streets on your own.

By the early afternoon we will pick you up from your hotel to start the city tour. Our first stop is the Coricancha or Sun Temple, an incredible and religious construction that was built during the zenith of the Inca empire. Then we will be visiting the Plaza de Armas, which is Cusco’s main square for an interpretation of the Cathedral its history and architecture. Later, you will have the chance to visit the northern outskirts of Cusco where is laying the marvelous Inca complex of Sacsayhuaman. Walking through the massive openings of huge Inca walls would leave you in owe. As follows the tour, you will move on to another important Inca site well known as Qenqo. This very peculiar place protects on the surface its interior where subterranean hidden passages made of stone reside. Finally, you will visit the Inca baths at Tambomachay and the gorgeous lookout point of Puka Pukara
In the evening you will have a briefing with your guide to coordinate the last details for your Inca trail.



Embark on your adrenaline-fueled adventures with a morning pick-up from your hotel where we will be taking you to the Cusipata River Camp, where you’ll find a place to store your baggage, as well as hot showers, toilets, a sauna, and a comfortable dining area included. We will provide you with all proper rafting equipment and you will be led by professional river guides. As part of the equipment you will received self-bailing raft, helmet, wet suit, spray jacket, and paddle to be ready for this adventure.

After your briefing and safety talk, a 10-minute drive will take you to Chuquicahuana, where you will run the exiting class 3 rapids. You will spend approximately 2 hours on the river. Afterward your activity, you will head back to Casa Cusi for a warm lunch and the chance to indulge in a relaxing sauna.

In the late afternoon we will be transfer you back to your hotel in Cusco for you to rest, as the main adventure of all them starts tomorrow.



We will be departing Cusco (3350m/10990ft) at 5:30am sharp to onboard a tourist bus towards the Sacred Valley. After a short break in Ollantaytambo to have a wholesome breakfast, we will arrive at km 82, our official starting point of the trek where we will meet our trek team and assure that everything is ready and everybody is registered to commence the walk. Once we have overcome the Rio Urubamba (2200m/4850f), we will take on the route of the ancient Inca Trail. The first day of the hike will be easy enough to stretch ourselves for the trek. As we head to Miskay where we will have lunch, located next to a small river bank, and to visit the archeological complex of Llactapata, when our guide will be explaining us more about the ruins. Following our agenda, you will be taken to Wayllabamba (3100m/10170ft) to climb up Yuncachimpa (3300m/10826ft) which is our camp for the evening. You will be able to feast your eyes on the beautiful snow-capped Veronica Mountain.

The following day of your tour will consist with an early start to the day. Everybody will be able to walk at a pace most desirable for each one of us, and we will meet up during short breaks as well as while we ascend up the many stone stairs, the initial 3km/2m of the hike are fairly steep, with humid forest as your environment. You will have the soothing sounds of water to accompany you as you merge with nature. Going through the Valley of Llulluchapampa (3850m/1631ft) you will slowly ascend 2-3 hours until you arrive at the highest peak of the trek: Warmihuañusca pass (also known as the Dead Woman Pass due to the silhouette it projects, 4200m/13780ft). This is the most challenging part of the Inca Trail, therefore to reward yourself you will have a short break at the Summit before continuing with your hike and embarking on a steep descent down to Pacaymayo River, also known as the Sunrise River, while you head towards the Runkurakay Pass (3050m/10007ft). A short time later we will reach the camping site, Chaquicocha (3650m/11975ft). Your mission for the night will be to have some well-deserved rest from your adventurous hike, as you settle down and appreciate the beautiful views of the mountains.



On your third day, you will embark on a trail that will leave you speechless as you the surroundings change into the tropical forest one of the most beautiful sights that nature has to offer as we walk towards Wiñaywayna. As we approach the second pass (3950m/12960ft) we will pass a couple of beautiful lakes which are incredibly picturesque and worth getting your camera out. After the second pass, it will be a gentle climb through the beautiful cloud forests and a small Inca tunnel, before taking on the third pass (3700m/12960ft). With spectacular views of the Urubamba Valley below. Close by we encounter The Town above the Clouds, it is the traditional name of Phuyupatamarca (3600m/11811ft). It is a well-preserved Incan site with many baths that prove to us the ingenuity of Inca engineering. On our walk we will pass another Inca tunnel, prior to visiting the ruins of Wiñaywayna which translated to English means ‘Forever Young’ (2650m/8694ft). Following this zigzag trail of Inca stairs, we will reach a red-roofed White building, our last camping settlement, where you will able to take a hot shower, for an extra cost, as well as enjoy some bottled drinks.

The end of the trail has arrived, after you have enjoyed a nourishing breakfast at 4:30 am, we will embark on the last leg of the trek, equipped with our flashlights in order to guide ourselves through the darkness. Now approaching the Inti Punku (the Sun Gate) in order to receive our first glimpse of the majestic creation of Machu Picchu (2400m/7874ft) at approximately 8:00am. For 2 hours, you will participate in a guided tour in order to learn about the meaning and uses of the ancient buildings of the citadel and its secrets. After your tour, you will be free to explore the site at your own desire. If you wish, you can climb Huayna Picchu (which has an extra cost and must have been booked in advance) or go back the Sun Gate, and admire Machu Picchu from afar. After your day in Machu Picchu, a bus will take you down to Aguas Calientes. After your fun-packed day, you will board the train from Aguas Calientes in order to return to Cusco in the late afternoon.

DAY 11


Righ after breakfast at your hotel, we will be taking you to start your full day tour of Lake Titicaca, this famous lake is the highest navigable in the world. Our first stop will be on the amazing floating reed islands of Uros. The community members will warmly show you how the islands were built and then will take you on a short trip on one of their hand-made reed boats. Our second stop of the day will be Taquile, a precious island where living culture is all you will see, as the local have been living in the same way for centuries using small-scale agriculture and animals. A guide will walk you around the island before bringing you to where you will have a traditional lunch cook with local ingredients. Afterwards this heartwarming experience you will be back to Puno.

DAY 12


When finishing your last breakfast is time for you to be transfer according to your flight schedule to the airport in Juliaca to take your flight to Lima to connect there with your international flight back home.


  • At least 2 people is required for this tour.
  • Be aware that in the Titicaca Lake is possible to stay overnight in a local community, if that is your wish please contact your travel specialist to include the service for an extra cost.
  • The walking sticks are not included, but if you prefer we can arrange to provide you a pair of basic poles with an extra cost.
  • If you would like to climb to Huayna Picchu Mountain or Machu Picchu Mountain, please take in mind that is an unguided hike and require and additional cost. If you are interested, please consult with your travel specialist as we need to check availability far in advance.


  • For your Trek please bring the appropriate clothing for warm and cold weather, besides:
  • Hiking or trekking shoes
  • Rain poncho or a waterproof jacket
  • Sunscreen, insect repellent, toilet paper, hand cleanser and a hat.
